- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups homemade brazil nut milk
- 3-4 large kale leafs
- 2-3 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon maca powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chlorella (optional)
Brazil Nut Milk
- 2 cups brazil nuts
- 32 oz coconut water
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2-4 dates (optional)
- Blend all brazil nut milk ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Add milk with the rest of the ingredients and blend in blender until desired consistency.
